At Starr Village CrossFit, we’ve seen time and again that the members who make the most progress are the ones who commit to a schedule. By booking classes in advance, you’re not just penciling in a workout—you’re making a promise to yourself.

Why Scheduling Works

  • Accountability: When your workout is on the calendar, it becomes part of your day—not just something you’ll “get to if you have time.”
  • Consistency: Habits thrive on repetition. The more you show up at the same time, the more natural it feels.

Our Class Schedule: Find Your Routine

To make it easy to find your perfect time, Starr Village CrossFit offers multiple class times throughout the week:

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am

Whether you’re an early riser, need a mid-morning sweat, or prefer to decompress after work, there’s a time that fits your lifestyle.

How to Build the Habit

  1. Pick Your Class Times: Choose 2–4 times each week that realistically fit your schedule.
  2. Book in Advance: Treat it like an appointment—because it is.
  3. Stay Consistent: Stick with the same times whenever possible. Your brain and body will start to crave the routine.
